We don’t sell physical goods on our website, currently. Services and items available for purchase are:

  • Mindfulness events
  • Mindfulness sessions
  • Mindfulness courses
  • Digital downloadable goods such as guides, PDF’s, audio files or video files

10.2. Payment methods

Payments can be made using our card processing provider, PayPal. Paypal payments are subject to their terms and conditions, which are outlined on their Legal Agreements for PayPal Services page. Through PayPal, we accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard etc.

Alternative payment methods such as bank transfers or purchase orders are available for certain products or services. Please contact us if you wish to pay via these methods in advance of placing any order. Orders made by bank transfer or purchase order may not be processed until the required funds have cleared in our accounts.

10.3. Terms of sale

You agree that all transactions with or through our site may, at our discretion, be conducted electronically from start to finish.

If we decide to proceed non-electronically, those transactions will still be governed by these terms unless you enter into different terms provided by us.

You are responsible to print or make an electronic copy of these terms and any other contract or disclosure that we are required to provide to you. The risk of loss from failure to adhere to specific terms for a service or loss of a purchased item or services purchased by you on this site is not the responsibility of Rachel Ashcroft Mindfulness and we are under no obligation to offer a refund or amend our products or services under these circumstances. Where taxes or VAT are applicable they will be charged at the current UK Government set rate relevant to the item or service.

Where we ship items to you these are done at no additional charge unless otherwise specified on specific item details or terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to increase, decrease and add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice, so you agree to check all charges before placing an order or signing up for a service.

By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated card or method and authorise us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any other amounts described on the site) to that card or another method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

You must be 18 years old or older to make a purchase on our website.

All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

In the event of an error, whether on this site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, delivering a product or service or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund.

10.5. Returns or cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services which the sale or use of such product and/or service in your area or jurisdiction is restricted or prohibited or where products or services are no longer available.

Where goods or services have been sold on our website, in line with ‘distance selling’ regulations, you have a right to request a refund, without providing a reason, within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise indicated in our terms and conditions policy. It is your responsibility to review our terms and conditions prior to purchasing anything from us.

Exceptions to the 14 day returns period are:

  • Digital downloads
  • Those that have been made to your specifications or personalised

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can request a refund within 30 days if the item/s purchased:

  • Aren’t of satisfactory quality
  • Aren’t as described online
  • Aren’t fit for purpose
  • Don’t last for a reasonable amount of time.
